Working as a Flex worker meant that I had to work in various positions at the guided tour in one of the most famous brewery museums. I massively improved my public speaking skills and presenting skills since multiple of these shifts required me to talk or present a story to visitors. Funny enough, I could say that it also improved my acting skills. Nevertheless working with tourists from all over the world, I got to improve various of my social skills. Most of all I experienced a huge cultural diversity, but talking with people highlighted my communication skills and social peoples skills. Guiding huge crowds was a test for my negotiation skills as well as people management skills, however, there were never any problems.
