I worked as the main teacher’s assistant, looking after young kids in the primary school ‘Maziņš kā jūra’. I learned how to teach and communicate with kids from various backgrounds and ages. I definitely took on the leader role when teaching a class. I helped with class management and daily activity planning which not only improved the creativity of kids but mine as well. Generally, I was responsible for the well-being of my kids and their educational progress.
